Editorial Principles
The journal welcomes scholarly contributions that fall within its aims and scope, including original research, reviews, clinical studies, case reports, short communications, and other appropriate academic works.

All submissions are expected to meet applicable standards of scientific integrity, ethical conduct, originality, and scholarly presentation.

Editorial Independence
The Editor-in-Chief has overall responsibility for the journal's editorial direction, content, and publication decisions.

Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by commercial interests, advertising, sponsorship, institutional pressure, or personal relationships. The publisher respects the editorial independence of the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board.

Editorial Responsibilities
The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board are responsible for:

·       Maintaining the academic and editorial standards of the journal;

·       Ensuring consistent and impartial application of editorial policies;

·       Assessing the suitability of submitted manuscripts;

·       Managing the editorial decision-making process;

·       Protecting the confidentiality of submitted materials;

·       Addressing ethical and publication-related concerns; and

·       Periodically reviewing editorial practices to promote continuous improvement.

Detailed procedures concerning external peer review are governed by the journal's Peer Review Process.

Initial Editorial Screening
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment before proceeding through the applicable review process.

The editorial assessment may consider:

·       Alignment with the journal's aims and scope;

·       Originality and potential scholarly contribution;

·       Basic scientific and methodological quality;

·       Compliance with submission and formatting requirements;

·       Clarity and organization; and

·       Compliance with relevant ethical and publication standards.

Manuscripts that are substantially outside the journal's scope, unsuitable for publication, or clearly below the required editorial standard may be declined at this stage.

Editorial Decisions
After completion of the applicable editorial and peer-review procedures, the journal may issue decisions including:

·       Minor Revision

·       Major Revision

·       Reject

Peer-review recommendations are considered as part of the decision-making process, but the final editorial decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief or an authorized editor.

Confidentiality
Editors and editorial staff must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts, author information, editorial correspondence, and other non-public information obtained during the publication process.

Such information must not be used for purposes unrelated to legitimate editorial and publishing activities.

Conflicts of Interest
Editors must disclose and appropriately manage any financial, professional, institutional, academic, or personal conflict that could influence their editorial judgment.

An editor with a relevant conflict should not participate in the decision-making process for the affected manuscript. Where necessary, responsibility will be transferred to another qualified editor.

Appeals and Complaints
Authors may appeal an editorial decision when they believe that a significant factual error, misunderstanding, or procedural irregularity has affected the outcome.

Appeals should be submitted in writing with clear reasons and supporting information. The journal will consider legitimate appeals objectively and may conduct an additional editorial assessment where appropriate.

Complaints relating to editorial procedures or publishing practices may also be submitted to the Editorial Office for review.

An appeal does not automatically result in reversal of the original decision.

Editorial Quality and Policy Review
The journal periodically evaluates its editorial practices to maintain consistency, transparency, academic integrity, and appropriate publishing standards.
