Editorial Principles
The journal is dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarly research that contributes to the advancement of business, management, commerce, economics, finance, entrepreneurship, marketing, accounting, human resource management, public administration, and related disciplines.
Editorial decisions are based solely on the scholarly merit of submitted manuscripts, including their originality, methodological quality, significance, clarity, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope.
Editorial Independence
The Editor-in-Chief has full responsibility for the journal's editorial content and publication decisions. Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by commercial interests, sponsors, advertisers, institutional affiliations, or personal relationships.
The publisher supports editorial independence and does not interfere with editorial decisions regarding manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection.
Editorial Responsibilities
The Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board are responsible for:

· Ensuring a fair, impartial, and transparent editorial process.
· Assessing the suitability of submitted manuscripts for publication.

Initial Editorial Assessment
Every manuscript submitted to the journal undergoes an initial editorial assessment before being considered for peer review.
During this assessment, the editorial office evaluates whether the manuscript:
· Falls within the journal's aims and scope.
· Demonstrates sufficient scholarly quality and originality.
· Complies with the journal's submission requirements.
· Meets basic ethical and editorial standards.
· Is suitable for external peer review.
Manuscripts that do not satisfy these requirements may be declined without external peer review. Such decisions are intended to maintain the quality of the journal and to facilitate a timely editorial process.
Editorial Decision-Making
Editorial decisions are based on careful consideration of the manuscript, reviewer reports, and the journal's editorial standards.
Possible editorial decisions include:

· Minor Revision;
· Major Revision; or
· Reject.
Reviewer recommendations are advisory. The final decision regarding publication rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief or the designated handling editor.
Editorial Confidentiality
All manuscripts submitted to the journal are treated as confidential documents.
Editors and editorial staff shall not disclose, distribute, or use unpublished manuscript content except as necessary for legitimate editorial and publication purposes.
Confidential information obtained during the editorial process must not be used for personal, professional, or commercial advantage.
Conflicts of Interest
Editors must avoid handling manuscripts where any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationship could influence—or reasonably be perceived to influence—the impartiality of the editorial process.
Where a conflict of interest exists, editorial responsibility will be transferred to another qualified editor to ensure an independent and unbiased assessment.
Editorial Quality Assurance

Appeals and Complaints

Appeals and complaints relating to editorial handling are reviewed objectively and confidentially. Where appropriate, additional editorial assessment may be undertaken before a final decision is reached.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee that the original editorial decision will be reversed.
