Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.

·          This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

·          This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.

·          All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.

·          All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.

·          Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Manuscript Preparation Guideline
Manuscripts must be prepared in clear and concise English and submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Authors should ensure that the manuscript is grammatically accurate and professionally edited before submission.

Page Formatting
Manuscripts should be prepared according to the following specifications:

·       Paper Size: A4

·       Font: Times New Roman

·       Font Size: 10 pt

·       Line Spacing: Single-spaced

·       Margins: 1 inch on all sides

·       Layout: Single-column format

All pages should be numbered consecutively.

RESEARCH ARTICLES
Research articles should be organized under the following headings:

·       Title

·       Author Name(s)

·       Author Affiliation(s)

·       Corresponding Author Details

·       Abstract

·       Keywords

·       Introduction

·       Materials and Methods

·       Results

·       Discussion

·       Conclusion

·       Acknowledgements (optional)

·       References

Title
The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.

Author Information
Provide the full names of all authors along with their institutional affiliations and designations. The corresponding author must provide a valid email address and contact number.

Abstract
The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must summarize the objectives, methodology, major findings, and conclusions of the study in a single paragraph without subheadings.

Keywords
Authors should provide 5–10 keywords relevant to the manuscript, separated by commas.

Introduction
The introduction should clearly describe the background, significance, objectives, scope, and novelty of the study with relevant literature support.

Materials and Methods
This section should provide sufficient detail regarding research methods, analytical procedures, statistical analyses, data collection techniques, and ethical considerations to enable reproducibility and verification of the study.

Results and Discussion
Results should be presented clearly and logically with appropriate interpretation and discussion of findings. Tables, charts, graphs, and figures may be included where necessary.

Conclusion
The conclusion should summarize the important findings, practical implications, and significance of the study.

Acknowledgements
Authors may acknowledge funding agencies, institutional support, or contributions from individuals who assisted in the research but do not qualify for authorship.

REVIEW ARTICLES
Review articles should provide a comprehensive, critical, and scholarly overview of a specific research area. Such articles are generally expected from researchers with substantial expertise in the relevant field.

The manuscript should include:

·       Title

·       Author Information

·       Abstract

·       Keywords

·       Main Body of the Review

·       Conclusion

·       Acknowledgements (optional)

·       References

The abstract should not exceed 300 words.

SHORT COMMUNICATIONS
Short communications are concise reports of significant findings, innovative ideas, policy perspectives, or preliminary studies of immediate academic or managerial importance.

The manuscript should contain:

·       Title

·       Author Information

·       Abstract

·       Keywords

·       Main Text

·       Conclusion

·       Acknowledgements (optional)

·       References

Short communications should generally be limited to approximately 2000 words excluding abstract and references.

CASE STUDIES
Case studies should describe unique organizational, managerial, financial, economic, marketing, operational, or administrative situations that provide valuable academic or practical insights in Business and Management Studies.

Case studies should be arranged under the following headings:

·       Title

·       Author Information

·       Abstract

·       Keywords

·       Introduction

·       Case Presentation / Analysis

·       Discussion

·       Conclusion

·       Acknowledgements (optional)

·       References

The manuscript should generally not exceed 3000 words excluding references.

The case study section should include relevant background information, methodology, observations, analysis, findings, managerial implications, and ethical considerations where applicable.

REFERENCES
IOASDJBMS follows the APA Citation Style for references and citations.

References cited within the text should include the author surname and year of publication, for example:

·       Single author: (Raju, 2018)

·       Multiple authors: (Raju et al., 2018)

References should be arranged alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.

TABLES AND FIGURES
Tables and figures should be placed appropriately within the manuscript near their first citation in the text.

Tables

·       Tables should be numbered consecutively.

·       Table titles should appear above the table.

·       Tables should be clear, editable, and free from unnecessary color shading.

Figures

·       Figures should be of high resolution and submitted in JPEG or suitable image format.

·       Figure numbers and captions should appear below the figure.

·       Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for copyrighted images, charts, or illustrations where necessary.

All tables and figures should be cited appropriately within the manuscript text.
