Employee engagement is now recognized as a vital element in achieving organizational success. This study focuses on examining the relationship between employee engagement and organizational performance within the Indian IT industry. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data was collected from a sample of 300 employees employed across various IT companies in India. This sample aimed to provide a diverse and representative view of the industry. The survey delved into employee engagement levels, organizational performance metrics, and demographic data. Employee engagement was measured through questions assessing commitment, motivation, job satisfaction, work environment, morale, and recognition. Organizational performance was evaluated by examining key indicators such as productivity, work quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The findings of this study reveal a positive correlation between employee engagement and organizational performance. Higher levels of employee engagement were associated with better organizational outcomes, highlighting the significance of fostering an engaged workforce. Furthermore, the study identified key drivers of employee engagement, including effective leadership, transparent communication, and meaningful recognition. These factors play a crucial role in enhancing employee motivation and commitment.
