N.B.: All payments made are deemed final and non-refundable once a service has been initiated. After the commencement of any service, the transaction cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded under normal circumstances, as resources and operational processes are already engaged. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of duplicate transactions or payments made in error. The payer must promptly notify the organization and provide valid supporting evidence for review within 7 days from the date of transaction. IOASD reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests after review, and any decision made shall be final and binding.
